Tenders/Row-boats/Sailing Dinghies
Not sure what kind of tender to get for your cruising? Well, there are a myriad of options to sort through; however, we offer you a copy of this great article from the May 2008 Pacific Yachting magazine here to help you figure it all out.
Bosun's Dinghy
- We might be a little biased, but this is our favorite hard dinghy in existence. That's why we have it made for us! Please also note that this was one of the top-choices in the Pacific Yachting article above
- We often have one in stock, but they are available in different configurations, sizes, and with different cove stripes to match your yacht (by special order)!
- Available in sail or rowing configuration - with the option to mount an outboard.
- Click here to check out the different specifications. Once an order has been placed, delivery usually occurs within two weeks.
- We have more photos available in the store, so come on down and ask more about this fabulous tender!

Whitehall 14'
- Turn of the century design that's lasted - an absolute classic with killer lines
- A little big as a tender, for most sailboats, however, a great dinghy to sail or row locally!
- Click here to check out the Whitehall specifications. Once an order has been placed, delivery usually occurs within two weeks.
- Available in sail or rowing configuration - with the option to mount an outboard. Multiple rowing positons available, as well as the option to choose a sliding seat to facilitate stronger rowing
- We have more photos available here

Inflatables
- Inflatables offer some advantages - namely that they won't scratch your hull's paint should there be contact, they can be stowed easily deflated on board, and offer great stability and carrying capacity
- The disadvantages are that they don't tow well, won't row well (you need to carry an outboard), inflating and deflating can be a hassle, and they are susceptible to UV damage and puncturing.
- That being said, for small boats on extended passages, an inflatable stores better aboard.
- We carry a variety of different inflatables from Seabo
- Also available are the Walker Bay Boats
